Coulter Industrial Park

The Bastrop Industrial Park, a 165-acre fully developed park is located off U.S. Highway 165 just 20 miles from Interstate-20. The park is home to existing firms from diverse industries including medical devices, auto parts, industrial valve repair, specialty chemicals, and industrial construction and galvanizing.

With the help of Morehouse Economic Development Corporation, it may be possible to obtain a low interest loan and grant to start-up a sector of your business. Firms have grown within this rural community because of the resources available.
